ezCRM: available now and coming soon
ezCRM is a young, evolving service for running your photography business. It is being prepared as an included benefit of IAFP Professional membership. Standalone subscriptions remain available.
Available functionality
- Contacts, enquiries, tasks, sessions and calendar.
- Invoices, recorded payments, expenses and a separate cashbook with bank CSV import and reconciliation.
- Client portal invitations, published documents and questionnaires.
- CSV ZIP and Excel account exports in Settings, with stable record identifiers.
The cashbook and invoice/expense records are separate. Reconcile them manually; this is not a complete accounting or tax filing package.
Coming soon: membership activation
Shared-account activation is implemented and awaiting release checks and database configuration. Once enabled, sign in with your existing IAFP account and activate from the dashboard without a separate payment.
Roadmap under consideration
Future priorities include smoother onboarding, document handling and closer bookkeeping integration. These are areas for review, not committed features. No release dates are promised.
